Heritage Pines board names officers, removes one assistant secretary

At the Dec. 10 regular meeting the Heritage Pines Community Development District adopted Resolution 2025-01 electing and removing officers. Michael Walsh nominated a slate that the board approved on a motion by Mr. Walsh and a second by Carol Vaughan.
The approved slate names Kathleen Lonergan as Chair and Arthur Rhodes as Vice Chair, and retains Michael Walsh, Carol Vaughan and Stephen Putman as Assistant Secretaries. The resolution also removes Janice Benedetti from the list of Assistant Secretaries; prior appointments that remain in place include Craig Wrathell as Secretary and Treasurer and Chuck Adams as Assistant Secretary.
