Council schedules Sept. 28 public hearing on comprehensive plan, plans workshop to discuss fire truck financing

Staff explained the truck purchase must be financed and that a bond issue could be used to cover the truck purchase and related projects; council agreed to discuss financing approaches at the workshop.
