Grounds superintendent to verify Paleo Park bench, mowing changes and EDRA construction permits

Chair Kathleen Lonergan asked whether an additional bench had been installed in Paleo Park; HPCA Grounds Superintendent Tim Gatz said he would ask Gary and follow up. Gatz also reported that mowing schedules for various retention areas were adjusted and said staff will evaluate whether the changes are sufficient over time.
On the EDRA encroachment question, Gatz stated he confirmed the homeowner obtained the proper permits and approvals. He said the district will wait until the construction is completed to determine whether erosion issues have occurred, and staff will monitor the site for any remediation needs.
