Peters Township Council voted July 27 to adopt a resolution amending the municipality's Act 537 sewage facilities plan to provide sewage service for two lots in the Greer Subdivision along Turkeyfoot Road. Staff said the two‑lot subdivision had been approved by council July 13 and that the proposed amendment had been reviewed by appropriate parties; staff recommended adoption of "Resolution 7-3-26" to amend the plan.
The motion to adopt the resolution was moved, seconded and approved on a voice vote reported as 7–0. Staff told council the amendment had been reviewed by the township engineer and other necessary reviewers; no objections were recorded at the meeting.
