Heard County adopts updated arena guidelines; public commenters raise related concerns

Public commenters addressed arena matters during the public comment period: Randy Chesnutt spoke about the Cattlemen’s Association and the arena guidelines/contract, and Kim Pike spoke in favor of creating an arena board. The Board also approved declaring a list of county items surplus and authorized a public auction on July 31, 2021 (motion Hooks/Caldwell).
