Street department seeks fixes for poor drainage on Michael Drive in Duneland Cove

A staff member told the redevelopment commission that an intersection on Michael Drive in Sand Creek (within the TIF district) has poor drainage after a concrete gutter was removed during paving and a crown installed. The street department has contacted Milestone for repair quotes and scheduled a contractor meeting; staff will prepare an estimate for the RDC.
"There's an intersection there that, has a poor drainage," the staff member said, describing water pooling on the south side of Michael Drive. The staff member said the department is meeting with Milestone to get quotes and "will get together an estimate and present it to the RDC."
