President Mike Calhoon called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. The minutes record seven board members present: Mike Calhoon, Corey Audiss, Lynnelle Anderson, Rusty Blare, Julie Manke, Steve Kubik and Scott Meiners; there were no absences.
