"The first two are the exact same as we had last year," Tony said, explaining the administration's preference to focus on a small set of multi-year goals rather than changing priorities annually.
Board members were told no vote was required at this meeting; administrators said finance and leadership teams have already begun aligning work to the first two goals and that a board vote is planned in August.
