Oak Park MAC creates subcommittees, names liaisons and approves consent items

The Oak Park Municipal Advisory Council on Jan. 30 formalized several subcommittees and liaisons and approved routine consent items.
Chair Brian Trushinski moved to create a Landscape Committee; Trushinski made the motion with Brianna Adams seconding. JL Diaz moved to appoint an Oak Park District Liaison with Brianna Adams as member; JL Diaz also moved to form a Legislative Committee (seconded by Adams). The MAC recorded membership for each committee and the Fire Safe Council liaison (member: JL Diaz) and carried the motions as presented.
On the consent agenda, Michelle Santucci pulled the Fire and Sheriff’s reports for separate review and Trushinski pulled the CSA4 landscape report; after discussion the consent agenda was approved on a motion by Trushinski with JL Diaz seconding. The MAC also voted unanimously to extend the meeting time to 10:00 PM.
