Council deadlocks on FOIA policy approach; vote to adopt ordinance fails 4-1

Brock – Yes; Councilwoman Andrea Fripp – No; Councilman R. McKenrick – No; Mayor S. Griffin – No. The motion failed 4-1. After the vote Council directed staff to return with a resolution to address the FOIA policy questions.
