The board met on Dec. 3, 2025, but could not conduct votes or elect a new chair because it lacked a quorum, the Chair said. "We do not have a quorum," the Chair announced at the start of the meeting.
Board members present (Theresa, Bethany, Sarah and the Chair) reviewed the previous meeting minutes and raised no corrections. Because fewer than a quorum were present the group agreed they could not formalize leadership changes at this session; the Chair explained the role’s duties are minimal and chiefly include checking in with staff, reviewing the agenda and chairing meetings. Members discussed who might step into the chair or vice chair role and agreed to check with the current vice chair, Lynn, about her willingness to serve.
