The Cloud Lake Town Council meeting on Feb. 12, 2026, was called to order by Vice Mayor Marion Chateau‑Flagg at 7:01 p.m., but the Clerk announced, "THERE WAS NO QUORUM," preventing any formal action. Because a quorum was not present, the agenda item to approve the consent agenda was tabled to the March 12 meeting.
Town Clerk Dorothy Gravelin recorded attendance and absences before the meeting proceeded with informational reports. The minutes note that, with three members absent, the council took no votes and instead asked staff and outside agencies to report to the March meeting or to carry out nonbinding tasks until ratification could occur. The meeting adjourned at 7:36 p.m.
