Council to meet Waste Management after clam-shell truck damaged roadside parcels

Resident Richard Castiglia recommended adding layers of pebbles atop the dirt to prevent "so much dirt being removed with the vegetation," and council members noted the road has stress cracks that will need attention in coming years. The council did not adopt an immediate capital plan at the meeting but recorded the complaint and the forthcoming meeting request from Waste Management.
