Council adopts revised fee schedule, including new fees for Payson Innovation Center
Summary

Finance Director Cathy Jensen presented changes to the Payson City fee schedule that would update cemetery pricing, add fees for the new Payson Innovation Center, adjust commercial/business utility deposit requirements, and revise golf course fees. Tracy Zobell noted cemetery fees will be revisited once a new sexton is hired.
The council opened a public hearing; there were no public speakers. After brief discussion, Councilmember Bob Provstgaard moved to approve the resolution updating the fee schedule and Councilmember Lacee Smith seconded. The roll call vote recorded four yes votes and one absence and the resolution passed.
