Payson updates equal pay policy to streamline enrollment and recalculation requests

During discussion Councilmember Anne Moss asked whether residents could request recalculation; Hobbs confirmed they could. Councilmember Bob Provstgaard and others suggested the utility office provide handouts and improve outreach to help customers sign up and understand the program. The council approved the resolution updating the equal pay policy by roll call vote with four yes votes and one absence.
