The motion was seconded by Councilmember Bob Provstgaard and carried on a roll call vote with Brian Hulet, Anne Moss, Bob Provstgaard and Lacee Smith voting yes; Ryan Rowley was absent. The consent vote completed routine administrative business so staff could continue project and operational work without delay.
