The planning board recommended conditional approval subject to eight conditions that include obtaining water and wastewater permits, designing and constructing a loop road to county standards with fire apparatus access within 150 feet of structures, addressing for E911, and installing required improvements before leasing or renting. The commission moved, seconded and carried the conditional approval.
Staff noted required upgrades to the water line and septic systems and that solid waste disposal will be handled through the Troy landfill under existing owner/contract arrangements. The applicant must provide proof of water rights and complete improvements before occupancy.
