Commission staff reported that the ARPA-funded sewer project in Eureka received approval from DEQ and that bid documents had been released. "It was approved from DEEQ and it will be out to bid...first couple weeks of August we'll have the bids for those so we can start work right after the fair," a commissioner said. No dollar amounts or contractor selections were discussed during the meeting; staff said bidding had just been initiated.
