County staff presented a requested modification to a previously adopted Schedule A road agreement to add $30,000 for chip sealing on a road section in the Troy district. Commissioners moved, seconded and approved the modification during the July 16 meeting.
A commissioner noted that the project is the road sponsor’s responsibility and that there is "no cost to us. It's their road, their project," a point that county staff confirmed. The board agreed to sign the modification copy after the meeting.
