County approves $30,000 chip‑seal addition to Troy district road agreement; no county cost expected

A commissioner noted that the project is the road sponsor’s responsibility and that there is "no cost to us. It's their road, their project," a point that county staff confirmed. The board agreed to sign the modification copy after the meeting.
