Staff said they will prepare standardized notice-of-award forms for the three recommended awards and label them contingent on legal review and the closing of funds; final contracts and notices to proceed will wait until funding closes. "I will put the contingent part to that. I will say contingent upon legal review and closing of the funds," the Presenter said.
A council member asked whether inspector costs were included; the Presenter said a full-time inspector from "Commonwealth" is already included in the budget and will start when the first contractor begins work.
