The Payson City Council unanimously approved its consent agenda at the start of its Feb. 18 meeting, covering minutes, routine financial reports and several staff resolutions.
Mayor opened the meeting and presented five consent items: approval of the Feb. 4 meeting minutes; confirmation of monthly financial information; a resolution approving an amended and restated power‑pooling agreement with Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems; the municipal wastewater planning program (MWPP) annual report; and a resolution amending the Payson City employee safety incentive award program. Council member Moss moved approval and another council member seconded; the roll‑call vote carried with all present voting yes.
The items forwarded administrative and operational changes rather than new policy directives. No public comment was offered during the consent vote. The council then proceeded to scheduled recognitions and presentations later in the agenda.
