Hillcrest Waterman paving, well work and East Orchard plans move toward completion

Staff said they are helping a contractor with difficult yard service connections and will continue restorative work.
On broader infrastructure, the East Orchard and East Home projects have approximately 90% plans ready and are expected to go out to bid in a couple of weeks; staff said inspections and sprinkler checks in parks will continue and building department workloads remain high with about 20 inspections and steady plan review demand.
