Sustainability commission asks council to direct departments to respond to information request

He asked the council to direct the town departments to consider and respond to the commission's questions. Council members responded positively; a motion to direct departments to respond was seconded and approved by voice vote.
The action directs departments to provide the requested information to the sustainability commission so that it can develop data-driven, budget-conscious recommendations for the council to consider.
