Council hears progress report on paving and street repairs

Engineering staff updated the council on recent paving and street work, including overnight completion of the main four lanes on Indian Boundary and ongoing work on 10th–14th streets. "Indian boundary, the the main 4 lanes was completed overnight," the engineering representative said.
Staff described follow-up work near the railroad tracks that will require a flagman and daytime operations at the plaza, and said the west side/southbound portion of 14th Street remained to be finished this week. Council members thanked staff and noted the improved appearance and functionality.
The engineering update also said crews will continue rolling into additional areas next week; no formal action was taken beyond the informational report.
