The clerk added the one‑vote adjustment did not change any race outcomes and the county declined offers to recount additional precincts because the discrepancy was not outcome‑determinative.
Commissioners asked which races were audited (U.S. Representative District 1, Senate District 1 and a Supreme Court justice race were among those reviewed) and the clerk described logistical issues — multiple counting sheets for some parties and the need to reissue fresh sheets when counters mixed lines. County staff said two audits required more work but were completed; two canvass sets will be retained locally and one forwarded to the state for certification.
