The Lincoln County Planning Department reported it received documentation filed in court for a requested court-ordered exemption to execute the will of the late Miss Emory, which divides the property among five children. Staff described the site as a gravel-pit parcel with a dwelling, outbuildings and multiple encumbrances and recommended the county send a letter to the court noting concerns and suggested conditions.
Staff recommended the letter request emergency access standards, that driveways be constructed to county standards at the owners' expense, that sanitation and well permitting be pursued, and that the county's letter not be construed as substantive subdivision approval. Commissioners moved, seconded, and voted to have staff draft the letter with the recommended conditions for signature and transmittal to the court.
