Dr. Robert McCanning spoke in support of the subdivision resolution but asked for additional transparency for minor subdivisions and notification thresholds; commissioners noted the Planning Board recommended a parity threshold of six units to align with how minor subdivisions are handled. Both resolutions were adopted by voice vote and made immediately effective as written in the motions.
Staff indicated copies of the finalized regulations are available in the courthouse and online; the board signed the resolutions into the record as required by statute.
