Contractors also asked whether ARP asbestos training will be an out‑of‑pocket cost; county staff said early discussions suggested onsite ARP training would likely be provided and not billable to proposers, but the county will confirm and advise proposers before the deadline.
Proposers were told they could submit questions and suggested position titles to the county; the county will post addenda if it needs to add budget lines or require additional staffing positions on the cost form.
