The commission voted to release a $100,000 performance bond held for Meadow Peak (final plat approved in 2022) after staff said required improvements were installed and approved by Fiser River Fire.
Planner Kristen told the board the improvements included approaches and a fire-suppression cistern. She said the work cost was approximated at $80,000 according to the developer's engineer and recommended returning the $100,000 bond to the developer, TCI. The board moved, seconded and approved the release.
No public comment was recorded opposing the release; staff noted the infrastructure has been in place for at least a year.
