Following its actions to adopt the tentative budget and approve prior minutes, the Local Building Authority adjourned at 8:31 p.m. and reconvened as the Pleasant Grove City Council. Board Member Steve Rogers moved to adjourn the LBA and reconvene as the City Council; Board Member Cyd LeMone seconded and the motion passed with all board members voting aye.
The minutes record the adjournment and transition back to the City Council for the next order of business. The LBA minutes were later approved by the board on June 22, 2026 and are on file with the Recorder’s office.
