Council members move to adjourn LBA and City Council; motions carry unanimously

At 9:17 p.m. on June 2, 2026, Council Member Steve Rogers moved to adjourn the Pleasant Grove Local Building Authority meeting and reconvene as the Pleasant Grove City Council; Council Member Dustin Phillips seconded. The motion carried unanimously with Council Members Dianna Andersen, Cyd LeMone, Dustin Phillips, Steve Rogers and Todd Williams recorded as voting yes.
Immediately after reconvening, Council Member Todd Williams moved to adjourn the Pleasant Grove City Council meeting; Council Member Dianna Andersen seconded. That motion also carried unanimously with the same five members recorded as voting yes. The minutes note that the Local Building Authority minutes of June 2, 2026, were approved by the City Council on June 22, 2026.
