Finance Director Denise Roy told the board the City has three tax-increment areas that receive remitted property tax revenues under existing agreements: the Gateway project, Grove Tower, and 1300 West. Adopting the resolution gives the Finance Director authority to distribute those funds back to each entity per their agreements. The motion to adopt Resolution 2026-01RDA was moved by Board Member Steve Rogers and seconded by Board Member Cyd LeMone. The board vote was recorded as Steve Rogers–Yes, Dustin Phillips–Yes, Cyd LeMone–Yes, Todd Williams–Yes; the motion passed unanimously.
The resolution is recorded as 2026-01RDA and applies to the tentative RDA budget for FY2026–2027.
