Simpson announced ICOE staff plans for a holiday party on Dec. 13 at the Back Alley Grill and said the board plans to visit Death Valley Unified School District in March 2025. No formal action or votes were recorded on the animal-safety plan or the grant reapplication during the Nov. 14 meeting.
