Superintendent outlines five-year strategic design and 'portrait of a graduate' process

Danes said the team will analyze data, build priorities and bring a draft in February with the goal of possible board adoption in March to align strategic direction with the budget cycle. He named a board liaison (Hans) and emphasized community engagement and checkpoints for input.
