Sherwood students preview Percy Jackson, report 76-pint blood drive

Samantha Demcak, a senior and drama-club president, described theater as a space that develops "teamwork, resilience, and learning to tell stories that connect with people," and the board praised recent homecoming and band achievements — including the Sherwood marching band's out-of-state trip to Spokane where it placed second.
The district also said its recent club fair drew unusually high student interest, and staff and student leaders said the event helped more students find extracurricular opportunities. The presentation closed with student performers delivering a short number from the musical.
