ERTH reported ongoing problems on Mountainview Road and said Code Enforcement had issued warrants and cleanup bids but had run into roadblocks preventing full cleanup. Water Resources used a grant to clean up the lower half of nearby Stubbs Road the prior month, but Mountainview remains uncleared, the committee said.
Members discussed options to improve enforcement, including asking the Board of Supervisors (Supervisor Crandell) to press county staff and considering camera installation to catch illegal dumpers. ERTH directed the Road Safety Committee to track the issue and pursue county follow-up.
