The board approved a sequence of fiscal and administrative actions during the June 9 meeting. Recorded motions that passed unanimously include: Resolution 7 (transfer from special reserve) and Resolution 8 (appropriation to special reserve); approval of Warrant Distribution Authorization Form CS-1 and Certification Form CS-7; the 2025–26 Consolidated Application for Funding; and adoption of the Local Wellness Policy.
Under the consent agenda the board approved warrants and payroll, minutes from the May 12, 2025 regular meeting, personnel resignations/hires/leaves, and the quarterly Williams Uniform Complaint report. The board also approved the Humboldt County Interdistrict Transfer Agreement and a transportation agreement with the Northern Humboldt Union High School District. The meeting adjourned at 8:24 p.m.
