Separately, the board discussed potential barriers in the Statement of Work. Andy Delgadillo moved, and Brittlyn Bulgrin seconded, to appoint Paul Fritzler as the board’s representative to present concerns to Brandon and to edit and submit Attachment A on the board’s behalf; that motion passed unanimously.
