Board approves tentative agreements with CSEA and the teachers association and accepts CBA disclosure
Summary
Trustees unanimously approved tentative agreements with the California School Employees Association (Bayside Chapter 803) and the Jacoby Creek Teachers Association, and accepted the 2025–26 collective bargaining agreement public disclosure summary.
During the business session Chief Business Financial Officer Jemima West presented financial information and the board considered the 2025–2026 collective bargaining agreement public disclosure summary. Trustee Hohl moved to accept the disclosure summary; Trustee George seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The board then approved two tentative labor agreements: one with the California School Employees Association, Bayside Chapter 803, and a separate tentative agreement with the Jacoby Creek Teachers Association. Each motion was moved and seconded and recorded as passing unanimously in the meeting minutes.
