Jacoby Creek trustees certify unaudited financials, adopt Gann limit and approve LCAP revision

The Jacoby Creek School District Board of Trustees unanimously certified the district’s unaudited actual financial report for 2023–24 and adopted Resolution No. 1 (2024–25) to set the Gann limit for the coming fiscal year.
Chief Bussiness Officer Jemima West presented the financial report; Trustee Alexis George moved to certify the unaudited actuals and Trustee Tuan Luu seconded. The board also voted unanimously to adopt the Gann limit after Trustee Luu made the motion and Trustee George seconded.
During the same business session, trustees reviewed and adopted a revision to the district’s 2024–25 Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). Trustee Tuan Luu moved for adoption, Trustee Aaron Hohl seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. The board recorded these actions as routine budget and compliance measures for the coming year.
