Council approves fiscal report to Iowa DOT, appoints trustee and approves sewer payout

Staff told the council the sewer project briefly fell out of compliance with State Revolving Fund (SRF) requirements because some delivered material did not meet domestic-manufacturing rules; staff said the issue was corrected and funding is back in compliance. Councilers approved the resolutions and payment by roll call votes recorded at the meeting.
