Member Joe Profita moved to approve the agenda, Vice President David Hefner seconded; the motion carried 4–0. The board also approved the consent agenda, including the minutes, on a 4–0 vote.
The meeting adjourned at 4:02 p.m. The board scheduled its next regular meeting for Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in Independence. No closed session was held during this meeting.
