Pleasant View adopts 2026–27 budget, property tax levy and updates fee schedule

After a budget workshop review of changes made since the previous session, the Pleasant View City Council held public hearings on amending the 2025–26 budget (Resolution 2026-O) and adopting the 2026–27 fiscal-year budget and pay ranges (Resolution 2026-P). Both resolutions were adopted following hearings with no public comments.
The council also adopted Resolution 2026-Q to set the property tax levy at 0.000759 and approved the Property Tax Impact Schedule (Resolution 2026-R) noting no increase. The Consolidated Fee Schedule was updated under Resolution 2026-S to include several edits and remove the mayoral annexation-fee waiver; all votes were unanimous.
