Council awards $523,039.15 bid to replace 1970s reservoir and add new line

The council voted unanimously to award the 500 West Reservoir Abandonment & New Line Project to Ormond Construction for $523,039.15. The motion was moved by Councilmember David Marriott and seconded by Councilmember Sara Urry; the vote was 5-0.
