The council approved two garbage-hauler licenses for 2026 on Dec. 29. The motion by Angel Stellwag, seconded by Matt Bilben, carried 4-0 to grant licenses to L&L Sanitation (applicant Alan Birmeier) and to TLC Enterprise LLC dba Blasius Sanitation (applicants Clifton and Tracy Walsh), with the latter approval contingent on receipt of proof of insurance.
The minutes record the contingency explicitly: the Blasius Sanitation application will be finalized after proof of insurance is provided to the city.
