The Parowan Planning and Zoning Commission on Feb. 4 completed the following formal actions: approval of minutes from the Jan. 21 meeting, opening and closing a public hearing on a proposed zone change for 825 West 100 South, and tabling consideration of that zone change until the applicant decides whether to rezone the entire parcel or pursue a minor-lot subdivision.
The chair called for the vote on tabling and the motion carried by voice vote. "Ayes have it," the chair (Speaker 5) said after the commission voted to table the item. The commission also moved to adjourn at the end of the meeting.
