Kimball council approves agenda, conducts brief special session and adjourns

Mayor Bill Gough called the Kimball City Council to order at 6:00 p.m. on Dec. 8 in a special session at the city office. Roll call recorded Council members Matt Bilben, Harold Bickner, Angel Stellwag, Dayle Blasius and Shelly Janish as present; Lydia Morley and Lori Bickner were also listed as present.
Council member Dayle Blasius moved to approve the agenda; Shelly Janish seconded and the minutes state "all aye." After approving the resignation of Jahn Schumacher and adopting personnel policy amendments, Council member Angel Stellwag moved to adjourn at 6:14 p.m.; Shelly Janish seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
