River Ridge CDD approves goals, measures and a reporting timeline under HB7013

District counsel and management briefed the board on a new statutory reporting requirement (House Bill 7013) that requires special districts to adopt annual goals, performance measures and standards and to publish an annual report.
Staff recommended general performance measures grouped under Community Communication and Engagement, Infrastructure and Facilities Maintenance, and Financial Transparency and Accountability. The board approved the Goals and Objectives and the Performance Measures/Standards & Annual Reporting Form and added the initial reporting deadline (Dec. 1, 2025) to the district27s key activity dates list.
The board recorded the approval on a motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Twombly, with all in favor. Staff will post the required report on the CDD website by the statutory deadline.
