Staff clarified outreach results and participation numbers — "we had over 800 responses" and "40 completed" the full survey — and agreed to follow up with exact dropout figures. Council signaled general consensus on the priority language; staff said a metrics committee will meet in August and the council will consider final adoption in September, with any requested wording changes submitted as a notice of council business by Aug. 3.
