The Park Rapids City Council unanimously approved a consent agenda at its Nov. 12 special meeting that included administrative resolutions, personnel appointments and several vendor payments.
Items approved on the consent agenda included Resolution #2025-179 (not to waive municipal tort liability limits), Resolution #2025-180 (destruction of aged records per Minnesota retention schedule), Resolution #2025-181 (re-appoint Carolynn White to the Arts and Culture Advisory Commission), Resolution #2025-182 (re-appoint Luann Hurd-Lof), Resolution #2025-183 (appoint Josh Jordahl as a volunteer firefighter), and Resolution #2025-184 (approve a wage and step increase for Accounts Payable Clerk Dawn Rouse). The consent list also authorized payments such as $4,000 to David Drown Associates Inc., $6,418.94 to Hoffman Electric Inc., and $146,360 to Howard’s Driveway, among others listed in the agenda.
