The consent list also authorized payments such as $4,000 to David Drown Associates Inc., $6,418.94 to Hoffman Electric Inc., and $146,360 to Howard’s Driveway, among others listed in the agenda.
Council handled the consent items as a single block and the motion to approve the consent agenda carried unanimously. No separate discussion or roll call votes on individual consent items were recorded in the minutes.
